[sac-board] IYA and other stuff

I have obtained a quantity of IYA bookmarks from JPL. I have 1,000 of
them - I intend to give 500 to SAC and 500 to EVAC for use as handouts
at any IYA-related events throughout the year.
I added info on the Spring T-Bird Starwatch event on the website.
I will publish the official AAMM results once I receive them.
Work has been crazy lately - don't know if I'll be able to make Friday's
meeting yet.
