[sac-board] Hard-copy Newsletters

I was asked by Mitch Prause to update the SAC Services Form and I have sent him
a draft of the changes he requested. However, one of the requests was the
removal of the hard-copy option. How would this affect the newsletter-only
subscriptions? Are we eliminating the hard-copy completely, or just as a free
option for the newsletter.
Also, it used to be that the newsletter-only subscription was half the
membership dues. Was the non-increase this year an oversight or planned?
