[sac-board] Errors in November SACNews

Error on first page:

        Officers can serve in a position for no
        more than two consecutive years. This
        year all officers have come on term limits.

Only David, Rich, and myself have reached our term limits.  Steve Coe may
have reached his personal term limit, but this is immaterial to the
subject.  Jennifer is jumping offices.

I verified this by glancing at last November's newsletter.
