I would suggest decreasing the number of prorations for the dues. I have noticed that some people wait until April or later to renew their dues as they regularly attend meetings. Also, we have some people who attend and do not pay their dues. Although there is a clause in the SAC Constitution about non payment of dues, this is a tough issue and should be handled discreetly. I think reminder notices should be a regular practice as Wil Milan also suggested. With more reliance on email, the reminders could be automatically sent within a two-month period and would eliminate the need for postage.
