[sac-board] Board Meeting, Jan 9, 2009

I would like to call a board meeting for 6:00 pm the night of the January
meeting, Jan. 9. We will meet in a room adjacent to or near the meeting
room. The agenda I hope we can cover follows:
 

6:00-call to order

6:00-6:02-reading of minutes from last board meeting (A J Crayon)

6:02-6:05-discussion

6:05-6:15-treasurer's report and discussion on ways to increase funds
(Charlie Whiting)

6:15-6:30-Messier Marathon and discussion (A J Crayon)

6:30-6:40-International Year of Astronomy and working with Az Science Center
(Harshaw)

6:40-6:45-Web site update (Peter Argenziano)

6:45-6:50-Discussion: recruiting new members

6:50-7:00-Outreach plans, needs, ideas (Chris Hanrahan, Steve Dodder)

7:00-adjourn
