[sac-board] A map around GCU

As I arrived tonight, I witnessed some vehicles trying to get to the
meeting and I thought that the web site might need a map of how to get
around on GCU's campus.  So I created one:

I have already mail this to Stan.  I don't know how long the present
condition is supposed to last, but if we want people to attend we should
provide as much detail as possible.
