Me again. Louise at Happy Jack Info center tells me Flagstaff is where =
you'd drive to in case of a snake bite.

The Flagstaff Hospital is on 1200 N. Beaver Street, Flagstaff. The =
Emergency phone number is 928 773-2113.

According to Mapquest it's about 90 minutes from Happy Jack.

Go back to the paved road Forest Highway 3, Lake Mary Road
Continue heading North (left) on that road for ~40 miles or so and will =
go into Flagstaff in the meantime/on the way continually trying to call =
911 or 928 773-2113 to be directed to the hospital at 1200 N. Beaver =
Street Flagstaff.

Most importantly: STAY CALM.
Also if possible try to remember identifying characteristics of the =
snake.

Maybe to designate a person with a cell phone to park in a way that is =
easily exitable in an emergency?

Jenn.

Hi again. Just off the phone with Louise at the Happy Jack Information =
Center 928 477-2172. She spoke with Henry Brill again: "A permit is =
only required for >70 people, so ya'll just head up there and have fun =
looking at the stars".

Thanks Steve. I'll post if they call back. =20

Jenn;

I will monitor email carefully for the next couple of days. If I go up =
=3D
on
Thursday, I will be happy to fill out a form at Clint's Well(?) on the =
=3D
way.
That is the location of the ranger station that covers this area. It is
possible that we will have more than 20 if the weather is good. =3D20

Thad, is it too crazy to ask for a Thursday delivery of the portable =3D
toilet?
I know that me, AJ, Joe Goss and David Fred are planning on going up
Thursday afternoon, we will cover the difference, honest. A couple of =
=3D
other
folks on the way to the Grand Canyon get together might stop in on =3D
Thursday,
also.

I know that the club is good for 60 bucks for the cost of a permit, I =
=3D
don't
think Al has spent it all, yet;-)

I do think that the 15 minutes of form fill out and a little money is =
=3D
worth
more than the fine. This is the voice of experience, speaking to your =
=3D
now.

Probably would've been best not to delve into it in the beginning. They =
=3D
=3D3D
seem really unorganized. We'll just have to see what the latest is =
=3D3D
when/if they call back like they said they would. But they were going =
=3D
=3D3D
to call "right back" more than 2 hours ago so who knows? I'm sure the =
=3D
=3D3D
Thursday nighters are significantly less than 20 folks so that's not a =
=3D
=3D3D
concern. =3D3D20

Oh my gosh Jenn. At Cherry road this past weekend (sunday night) =3D3D
several indicated that they were going up on Thursday. It would't be =
=3D3D
right to name names. Sounds like we are getting the run around. Hope =
=3D3D
this works out like last year.=3D3D20
