Hi Guys,
I have certain queries related to development of AICC compliant courseware
using Authorware.
1. Can I use an application developed in Authorware (using the Authorware
runtime, not a web based application) to communicate with the LMS? If yes
then how do I use the URL provided by Saba to do the same. I have read that
PostURL command works only with web based applications.
2. Do I need to strictly package the application developed in Authorware as
web based? In which case I can use the PostURL command of Authorware.
3. Any specific versions of Authorware that I need to use to develop the
courseware, so that it works with Saba?
4. Things that I need to take care of while developing using Authorware.
BTW, I have already developed AICC compliant courses using Dreamweaver
(HTML) which works peacefully on Saba.
