Message: Link only userlevel libs at the pseudolinking test phase.
Provide autogenerated(*) stubs for all rump kernel syscalls to avoid
having to link in rumpkern.
Not only is this the right thing to do conceptually, it also speeds up
"./buildtests.sh hw" by ~25% on my machine (configure runs a lot
faster now).
