Perhaps the best thing to do is to await Carlton's response to this question,
as my memory of how the retreat committee came to this decision is not very
specific. Having never planned a retreat before (or, indeed, participated in
one!) I wasn't aware of this being such a departure from the norm and perhaps
didn't ask as many questions or engage in adequate reporting back to the group
to keep the process transparent. Thank-you both for your feedback.
(And, Kathie, thanks for the scheduling reminder! I'm pretty sure we had you
covered anyway, but an extra heads-up never hurt.)
And to those interested in organizing something at USSF, please include me in
your further discussion. I'm not yet 100% sure of my ability to attend, but if
I am able, I would very much like to be part of your work there.

I liked focusing on 2-3 things, with most other reports in hand.
Hopefully, for those reports we didn't have, we'll have time to hear
about them briefly at the retreat.
Thank you, Kathie. Can you tell me
more about the decision to have Anasa facilitate the retreat? No
objection, just that it is totally news to me and I am curious how
this came about. I remember her from the AnnMtg but have not
seen or heard of her since. I know I have missed some
calls...
