I also did not hear back from Sarah... Hopefully, this time will work for you
guys if not, I will move it back and have Mark run the meeting... I want to
have as many people as possible there to hear from John and make any decisions
necessary.

OK... I've heard back from everyone except Steve...

I'm going to go ahead and move the meeting to 4pm on Sunday afternoon. We have
one primary item on the agenda and that is to talk about the current state of
the building project. If there is anything else we need to discuss, please let
me know.

Brenda will be unable to join us and I'm unsure about Steve. I will send out
the meeting invite shortly.

The March conference call is coming up next Sunday...

Typically, we meet at 8pm for 1hr. Would it be possible to meet in the
afternoon (like 2 or 3 or 4)? I have a wedding I am supposed to be at that
will conflict and I do not want to miss this meeting since our main topic will
be the building project and its current status.

If we can't move it, then I will need to defer to Mark to run the meeting...

Thoughts?
