Based on your input, here's how we will move forward on the logo design.
1. Pay Nick $100, thank him for his submission and let him know that the
Board decided to pursue a professional design.
2. Choose Amy's design option(s) as our winner. Send her $100 as the
"contest winner". The contest rules said we can adapt their logo ideas.
3. Hire Josh. A logo and web presence are important-- worthy of some $$$
paid out. Give him Amy's designs, Cody's designs and ask for his take on a
logo similar with our input/requested changes. We will also point out the
similarity to the PF hospital that we should avoid.
We can first agree to pay Josh to get the logo portion done--making a
couple of tweaks to current artwork ideas and include all we want along
with making it as printable as possible. Then before he jumps into web
design we can determine if we want to approve his further costs for web
design (maybe $400 more).
Let me know by Friday, April 1 at noon (no April Fools!) if you agree. I'll
plan to chat with Josh on Friday afternoon if we get majority approval to
get him moving forward on the project.
