Hello There. Sorry for the late reply,

I have the following in my calendar as the board dates:
January 20/21
April 28/29
July 14/15
November 3/4

With the Leadership weekend: Feb. 24-26

and Conference Calls:
June 11
Sept. 10

I spoke with Don Eickenberry and he is unable to commit at this time as
with his job his schedule is often set two weeks before, so he never really
knows he available dates until right before... Maybe some day we can snag
him.

I have sent an email to the leaders of the upcoming years retreats and
camps and am waiting to hear back...
