Jan, I am in the same position with 120 Neopan 400 also one of my favorite films. I'm also planning a switch and will start testing and calibration soon. I found Exactol-Lux worked well with Neopan 400. Just wished I could still Tetenal Emofin blue, the (2-bath) developer I used 30 years ago in Germany for all my HP5. I did find some old stock Microdol X on a recent trip to New Jersey and look forward to trying it with both films.
