The lens throat is big enough. If it's possible http://www.srb-griturn.com/ will make one for you although they only list the M42 adapter for Nikon whereas they list a host of adapters for the Canon EOS. You can get an adapter to fit the Rollei lenses on a Canon EOS off Ebay and elsewhere but SRB don't list one.
