OK, I see where your going, and I also see where it would seem
possible/practical. But that's a complex zoom with a gajillion lens
groups and elaborate internal focusing. I don't a relatively simple
highly corrected prime with a simple lens internal mount could go
there.

A back on the napkin product calculus for a camera like this would
start with production cost under 10% of the final retail sale price. A
$5000 camera should cost no more than $500 to produce (excluding R&D
and marketing). The lens costs alone for the camera could well be
close to half of that with relatively simple optics... I'm thinking
complex optics such as you describe would be off the charts...
