I used the Ilford HP5+ ISO 400 this week for the first time and liked results in general, I think it worked fine with the Microdol X full strength and the 3.5F Planar, when you have some photographs showing sky in the background you appreciate the fine grain the Microdol X produces for this ISO 400 film, BTW it does not produce the accutance you can find using Rodinal and similars, but Microdol X full strength is a good developer for films like Plus X, Tri X 320 and for any ISO 400 film.
