Thank you very much Eric for the repair manual sharing; it's always
interesting and useful to know the camera parts and mechanisms. The repair
manual is about the Rolleiflex SL35 E; this camera and the older Rolleiflex
SL35 are two very different cameras; the SL 35 is a mechanical camera and
the "E" is an electronic AE and ME modes camera with an electronic metal
shutter and speeds from 16 sec to 1/1000sec and ,mechanical 1/125 and B
shutter speeds,, a complex camera really. I think one of the few sites to
repair the Rolleiflex SL 35 E is FFS at Brunswick because they have
original spare parts to replace the electronics and the shutter.The'flex E
sibling, my Voigtländer VSL3 E, received a new Rollei electronic shutter
and several new electronic parts there some years ago, , it's working like
new.
