You have it wrong.
Asahi sent its design team to Oberkochen where Zeiss and Asahi developed
multi-coating between 1967 and 1969. Rollei only was a licensee, and that
was much later, from 1974 or 1975. Rollei did NOT development work on
multi-coating.
