American cars are generally viewed as either hideously ugly (and that appeals 
to some people) or excessively macho (not always a sin!) over here, but I would 
agree that the Duesenberg is a real contender for World's Most Elegant Car. The 
only one I've ever seen is in a museum - Gary Cooper's old Model J. It is 
undeniably gorgeous, even in yellow and green. Well worth a visit to Cape Cod 
to see.
