Thanks, Eric. Brian accepted his fate far better than our father did (who got angry at the world during his last few months). In contrast, Brian is trying to ensure that his wife and two boys are able to make the transition as easily as possible. No feeling sorry for himself, his concern has been entirely trying to have his death make the least negative impact on others.
