Yep, 1/3rd of the thickness of glass. That's what I remember from "school".

And glad to see that Rollei's solution is in direct correspondence with that.

To be precise its about 1/3rd assuming the glass has an average index of refraction and is in air on both sides. Since the glass is against the film on one side the index should really be calculated for gelatin but gelatin has a low index so it probably does not make a practical difference.
