How can I unsubscribe? I was expecting discussions about Rollei and
not seafood, which I have no care for and could get from the seafood
list instead. Thank you.

I agree that Pacific scallops are every bit as good as are Atlantic
scallops. For that matter, Atlantic scallops grow more on the
European side of the ocean than on this side. When Pam and I did
Ireland back in 2001, we really enjoyed the pub food as it was
astonishingly fresh. In Westernport, I asked when they had gotten
their salmon and the waiter just pointed to a boat and told me that
the fish would be on land in a minute and what did I want to drink?
The mussels were marvelous and I do not care for mussels. Poor Molly
Malone.

But you guys on the Far Left Coast miss out on the sweetness of
Atlantic lobster. Now, that is a toothsome grin.

Be well -- and the best wishes for the holidays.

Marc
