Bob I certainly can agree with your last sentence. Surprisingly, Bob S. must be considered very dangerous. No doubt the facilities of high security are bad but the company he has to live with must be horrible. I had a business acquaintance that embezzled almost 2 million form one of his clients and his first 2 years were in medium security which was not the most pleasant because prior he lived lavishly and medium security gave him some very bad company. He went into light security and I lost track of him.since. Do you watch Lock Up at MSNBC? The USA has one of the highest ratio of their population incarcerated.
