I bet 13 and 9 is for the 70mm back, which predates the Master
Control.

This is likely to be a case of a general design with multiple
applications, as the remote shutter/MLU switch also connects to this
socket and the MCU does draw its operating power from the camera. How is
the 70mm back different from other backs w/r/t the film drive?
