"Everything all right? Have not received any postings in a few days...seems
unusual...thought I'd better check...hope you're not in trouble with tornadoes.
  Please advise...thanks!

Noel Heinze, Asheville, NC
St. Giles Chapel, Deerfield Episcopal Retirement Community
Rodgers 835B and PR300S"

Thanks for checking on us, Noel!

We are doing fine with the current TN weather, though we are flooded in...6+
feet of water in the driveway (I should have asked the former owner about the
boat he had in his garage sale). We got one car out to safety on the other end
of the driveway...neighbors called to say that is more half submerged in the
water, but they are sort of excitable so it may not be that bad. (OK, the
water
has never gotten this high before) Water has risen and overwhelmed the well pit
so no water, but we are collecting it off the metal roof of the house and
boiling as necessary. The basement at Ellen's church is flooded, the church I
play at is ok because the Baptists built on the highest hill in town

I am getting on and off the internet as lightning comes through.

However, in this lull of conversation, I have a two things I would like you all
to comment on:

1. First, a couple of people have asked if Noel Heinze is organist St. Giles or
if he is also a resident...so fill us in on that please! WEn suggest that all
sign their mail as he does, name, location, where you play and what organ you
have.

2. It is time for wedding season again and this brings up: My Most Embarrassing
Moment as an Organist. Send them in and some will be immortalized in a web
page
that we can all visit when we think WE have done the dumbest thing...

Oh, and one more...those of us int eh weather torn areas, post and let us know
you are all right, too.
