We need to be like PBS and stop the launch at the most exciting time then tell 
people we won't restart it until we have sold 20 T shirts.

So will the cue card say something like, "5..4..3..2..1..Holding for a
t-shirt sale.  We can't launch until someone buys a t-shirt."  Or even
better, the RSO needs a filled out flight card a t-shirt receipt to be
able to inspect a rocket.

We're gonna need a lot more t-shirts.
