[roc-chat] Nike Smoke/TRA 50th Anniversary T-Shirts

Unfortunately, less than half of the people that signed up for the Nike
Smoke/TRA 50th t-shirt have sent their payment for the group order. So, we are
cancelling the order. People that did send a check will be receiving a full
refund within the next couple of days.
We should all thank James Dougherty for the effort and time he spent designing
the T-shirt. It is a cool design. There just isn't enough current interest
(and follow-through) to make a group order practical.
