[roc-chat] Figured out why it was so quiet

I went to the archives and saw my emails were getting out. But I was not
getting anything. Looked in spam folder... nope. Not there. Tried to
resubscribe and it told me i am already subscribed but am in VACATION mode.
Funny... unless this is total recall, I have not been on a vacay for quite some
time... and did not set myself to it.
So if anyone DID have an 8ft chute they were parting with, my apologies for not
getting back.
