Click on "Spirit Wear" to get "Colon Magi" shirts. Or go to _www.mylocker.net/michigan/colon/colon-high-school/product-knitsportshirt8_138_16.html_ (http://www.mylocker.net/michigan/colon/colon-high-school/product-knitsportshirt8_138_16.html) Those shirts themselves are pretty cool. HOWEVER, you can then "customize" the shirt to say through them ANYTHING (very limited letters, however) on the shirt, e.g., you can take off "Colon Magi" and instead put on "Magic Bus" or anything else you want. Neato- and pretty inexpensive too for your own customized shirt. I probably will order one of these for doing an upcoming free street deal with my shirt saying "FREE Magic" on it. See page 25 of the latest MAGIC magazine: The sidewalks along Las Vegas Blvd. constitute a "traditional public forum for First Amendment purposes": see Venetian Casino Resort, L.L.C. v. Local Joint Executive Bd. of Las Vegas, 257 F.3d 937, 943; Berger v. City of Seattle, 569 F.3d 1029 (9th Cir. 2009), and the recently filed Suzette Banasik and William Jablonski vs. Clark County, Nevada, pending, Case No. 2:09-cv-1242. We in Michigan are in the less liberal 6th Circuit however... so it is not clear if performing street magic in Michigan is a protected freedom of expression. Vegas allows people there to hand out all kinds of stuff/ads on the streets- and the police used to ignore those folks--- but then not allow street magicians to perform. After a lawsuit filed, an "Interim Stipulated Memorandum of Understanding" has been agreed to allow street magicians to do their thing within certain limits. So Vegas now has a new resurgence of street performers at least temporarily...
