Yep ! That is what I was looking for. THX for digging it out.
For those interested, the Off On relationship is more easily understood I
think ??
I have the older version in hard copy and they are identical as to content.
The actual format has changed though. Also, the switch to Dept of Transport
will mean a whole lot of search changes will be needed. I see this has been
switched to the Notices to Mariners Folder ??
