[rex-users] Rex 0.31 released

Hello,
I've just released rex 0.31.3. It is now possible to use other
protocols than ssh like HTTP/s. This is a first step towards Windows
management support. If you have wishes on what to focus for Windows
just let me know.
Also it is now possible to define special authentication options for
groups and tasks.
