Amber Rubarth grew up in Reno, Nevada, has been writing songs since her teens, 
and started playing music professionally in 2004. Since relocating to Brooklyn, 
New York, Amber has travelled the world performing her music, sharing the stage 
with many other well known artists including Loudon Wainwright III, Martin 
Sexton, Lisa Loeb, Roger McGuinn, Sara Bareilles, Jason Reeves and Colbie 
Caillat. Rubarth's latest solo album, Good Mystery, was released on August 21, 
2009, to a sold out audience at Joe's Pub in New York City. The album rose to 
the #1 best seller spot on Amie Street for digital sales on its release day of 
August 21, 2009 and stayed in the top spot for 2 weeks.
