[relug] Chiave USB: che filesystem

ciao gente
ho preso una chiavetta usb e volevo chiedervi che fs ci devo mettere
sopra, anche per tenerla in vita più a lungo possibile, considerato che
ci devo passare dati da un pc win a uno lin e viceversa...
La cosa è trattata neli archivi del lug? se si come si consultano?
