[recoll-user] libpurple support

I have changed too the pidgin filter (old gaim) to support new log format and added an icon to it. 

mimeconf:

text/x-purple-log = exec rclpurple

The icon of the application it is distributed with pidgin source code that it is under gpl too. I attch the diff to make the old rclgaim filter works with newer libpurple logs that pidgin generates, only the date format has changed i think.
