Roy,

Sorry for the late reply. With the release, we are receiving many emails.

Indeed, and unfortunately for you, the entire GUI is based on the same
architecture as that of Chromaphone. The Bank and Programs manager
will therefore not work with a screen reader.

The reason for this is that the new architecture does not use standard
OS controls such as the browser in older versions of Lounge Lizard.
Using these controls caused us too many problems.

Good news however. We will release an update in January that will
support MIDI Bank changes (the program already supports MIDI program
changes).

Discussing this issue with the others here during the last weeks, we
have had an idea that we will try and integrate to our products if it
works well. This could be the answer to these problems. I will keep
you informed.

Best Regards,

Marc

hi all
am interested in upgrading to Lounge Lizard 4; would like to know if the
interface is the new one (like the one used in Chromaphone) or the old one
(as in v3.x)?
unfortunately , the new interface isn’t accessible to screen readers for the
blind.
and , on this subject: any news regarding switching of presets and banks in
Chromaphone using midi messages?
all the very best
Roy.
