Hi. The person who set this computer for me set the printer to scan with
word instead of openbook. I went to the file menu and there's an option
called "scan using openbook". When I tried that option, it didn't work. I
did go to the control panel and systems and it appears to be fine. I even
uninstalled and reinstalled openbook to see if that would solve the problem
but nothing worked. My family got me openbook for my birthday four years
ago and it would be a shame to have it if I can't use it.

Is there something else I can try? Thanks very much for your help.
Rosemarie
