[real-eyes] no messages

can some one help us?? We are not getting all of our e-mails. from any of
our list that we have them sent to our folders . We have called comcast &
they sent us a nessage and therfore they said it must be in our outlook
express some where, but we do not know where to look for the problem Can any
one help us solve the problem??
