The Voiceover gesture described as a 2 finger double tap starts and
stops many actions on the iPhone.

When Voiceover is running, double tap with 2 fingers spread slightly
apart to answer a call.

The same gesture will end a call.

This gesture also starts and stops playback of music, podcasts and videos.

There is a way to practice these gestures, and as you try them out,
Voiceover will confirm what it thinks you are doing.

Go to Settings, General, Accessibility, Voiceover, and then to
Voiceover Practice.

Swipes, taps, flicks, and twists can be practiced in this area, and
it's a great learning tool.
