I heard about this while listening to episode 249 of Security Now
www.grc.com/sn and thought someone else might like to see this.
The below link is a cached version by google as the actual page has been
deleted. You'll see why when you go there.

Steve Gibson mentioned this site as an example of how credit card
numbers and personal data is shared on the net.
http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:-rPKZ7pKfV0J:paste-it.net/public/w3178df+q%3Dsite:paste-it.net+%2Bvisa&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us

Once there do a search for the number 1999 as there is a long list of
numbers, maybe to throw the casual web surfer off and make them think
nothing is there.
The next line starts with visa card numbers, their expiration date,
email address and mailing address along with the phone number of the person.
This data is a couple of months old and hopefully everyone in this list
has new cards by now.

Steve Gibson said this is just one of many many sites where this kind of
info is shared. He said that what usually happens is the person who
gathered the data pastes it at one of these sites you can just paste the
contents of your clipboard to, and give someone the link to go look at
what you pasted. So after the bad guy sells the data to someone, the
link is given and the buyer goes to collect their bounty.
