Not sure why it would just stop working. Try another USB port. Also you
can call Freedom Scientific on this and, they will help you at no cost
except that of the phone call of course.

Hi all,
I use ActiveSync with my Pac mate and until today it was working well. Now
when I connect the device through USB to my PC it is not recognized. I don't
know if this is a problem with the hardware or software. Normally active
sync opens and starts working, but nothing happened today. Not even the
usual sound a computer makes when a device is connected. Any thoughts on
this?
