I installed my original app (all of my apps actually), via the Ipod
Touch.

If you originally installed XM to the phone from your computer you can
get it back from ITunes. Find your IPhone on the tree view, tab to the
apps radio button, and check it, then check XM radio and tab to apply or
sync.
Do this after deleting the newer one from your phone. If you didn't
install it from ITunes you are pretty much out of luck.
