Hello:

I'm trying to help a client who installed the Windows Live Beta
applications, and who now wants to uninstall them. We went to Control
Panel, Add/Remove Programs and then I had her arrow down to Windows Live
Beta (All Programs). I had her tab over to the Change/Remove button and
press enter.

She gets a radio button that is checked which says "Install/Uninstall.
She tabs to the Continue button and enters on it.

Next, we get the list of components we can uninstall. However, they all
show as unchecked, and when she presses the space bar on a component,
like Mail, it doesn't become checked.

I went onto Google and found an article on how to uninstall these
things, but you have to uninstall each component separately. Is there a
way to uninstall these Windows Live Beta components all at one time if
add/remove programs doesn't work?

Thanks in advance,
