[real-eyes] Pod casting.

Hi! I'm thinking about doing this as an alternative to always sending written
instructions for the MTs who I train. I have an Olympus recorder, but I don't
really know anything else about doing this. I'm starting from square one, but
if somebody can give me some ideas, I'd really appreciate it thanks!
