[real-eyes] PDF files

Hi folks,
I would like to make suggestions to an entity that I am involved with
about creating PDF files that are most accessible to individuals using
screen reading software. Could some of you offer suggestions to me on
what is most useful in creating user friendly PDF files.
This would be most appreciated.
