[real-eyes] NVDA question

I don't use NVDA very much; however, I'm assisting a friend who
doesn't yet have email set up. Currently, NVDA is not set up to run
first; my friend has to have a sighted person activate NVDA with the
mouse. How can we get NVDA to come up talking when my friend's system
boots up?
