Personally, I wouldn't use their over-priced and poor-quality services = (meaning their ISP). However, I was speaking with a blind individual last = week who was very disapointed because they had signed up with AOL and = cannot get it to work properly with their screen reader. They were asking = me whatever happened with the agreement. This is what I was referring to.
