Here is a link that will give you access to two great audio files. The first one to which you should listen is regarding Itunes version 8. Itunes version 8 is accessible with Jaws. The second one explains how to set up the Ipod, how to get it to talk, and is very comprehensive. You do need to use Itunes, actually, everyone needs to use Itunes and the Itunes library with the Ipod products, with a few exceptions, need to be accessed with Itunes. http://www.tandt-consultancy.com/j-tunes.html -----Original Message----- From: real-eyes-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:real-eyes-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Kimberly A. The Overland Park store has the product--but they tell me that it does not come out of the box talking. Somehow you have to set it up to talk through your computer and then access Itunes. Is this correct? I presumed it was similar to the Olympus and came out of the box talking once a command was activated. Am I incorrect? It all sounds very complicated. Kim Kimberly A.
