I think Windows Live Messenger would be the best one with the most support. There is a jaws help topic one can read, and all the hot keys are listed under insert H, along with verbosity options with insert V. You have to sign up for a Microsoft Passport account, but it walks you through the process, and you can use your existing E-mail address. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Kimberly A. Is there any explanation of how to install the programs and the list of keyboard commands to use them? I'm up for any and all of them. Kim Kimberly A. We'd like to communicate utilizing some sort of messaging/talk protocol. This friend still has reading vision (she's going blind with Ushers), so she uses Zoom Text. I'm running Jaws and Internet Explorer. Is there any type of IM protocol I can easily read with Jaws? If so, where can I get the software and a tutorial? Thanks, Kim Kimberly A.
