[real-eyes] Re: Mac and Braille embossers

As far as Braille displays, Voiceover supports the vast majority of
commercial Braille displays out of the box via USB or Bluetooth.

The Index line of Braille embossers is compatible with the Mac, and
there is a freeware Braille translation package called Louis that
works very well.

Accessible scanning and OCR is a matter of purchasing Omnipage for the Mac.

And, it's fairly easy to run Windows on the Mac for times when running
a Windows program is necessary.   In fact, Walt Mossberg of the Wall
Street Journal stated that the most reliable Windows machine is a Mac.
